Poor Megan......this is how she has spent pretty much the last week of her life. She has been fighting a really high fever off and on. Just when we think she is better, the fever spikes again. One minute she is playing with her toys or riding her bike, and the next minute she is wrapped up on the couch under a blanket asleep. I took her to the doctor today to have them check her throat and ears and all is fine. The Dr. said it's just a virus that EVERYONE has and it's just got run it's course. He told me if she isn't any better by Friday to bring her back in and they would test her for mono. I feel so bad for Megan, she is just so mellow and quiet cause she doesn't feel good. She's missed a week of preschool, lots of fun playdates and all kinds of other fun stuff. I made her take a nap today hoping that the fever wouldn't spike tonight and so far it hasn't.....so we are crossing our fingers that maybe we are making a small recovery.

She looks so cute and peaceful...I could tell on Sunday at the farewell she didn't feel good, but she was such a trooper and hung in there for the long day....hopefully this iS the end of it for her!
Poor thing! I hate when little kids are sick. You know they don't feel good when they don't want to play and they just want to curl up in a ball and sleep! :( Hopefully she feels better soon!
